All about me ... Jayne Cox

Whatever has brought you here, I’d like to share a snapshot of me with you...

jayne-portraitI’m Jayne Cox, otherwise known as ‘The Body Image Expert.’ For over a decade, I’ve provided eating disorder therapy and professional coaching to women across the UK and worldwide.

Using my own recovery from low self-esteem, anorexia and bulimia as a reference point, I developed a dynamic approach to lifelong positive change. Professional training and research added further ‘tools’ to my coaching kit.

Today, my unique, creative coaching empowers women to tackle midlife issues, weight and body image concerns, eating disorders and life after loss or ill health.

What inspires my life...

Sharing ‘the good life’ with me is husband Michael, along with our pet hens, ducks, cats and beloved Boxer, Daisie. Nature, animals, friends, family and the fantastic women who share their lives with me, enrich my soul.

As life is a gift, I enjoy every moment, choosing to accept the past and embrace change. Having ‘faced the fear’ in my own life, I’m living proof that you can achieve inner happiness if you want to.

Life’s darkest moments have inspired me to give something back. I now volunteer at my local hospice, supporting people touched by cancer. Other good causes and charities, such as The British Hen Welfare Trust and Cancer Research UK, also matter to me.
